Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection
Your personal data is collected to provide and improve our services.
2. Cookies and Analytics
Necessary storage is used for site security and remembering preferences. Analytics cookies and local storage are enabled only after you explicitly consent to analytics. After consent, PostHog may process normalized page paths and language with query parameters and fragments removed; limited pageview/pageleave, navigation, and CTA events; whether the contact form was started and its outcome (without form fields or contents); booking completion status; technical browser/device information; filtered error categories; and Web Vitals performance measurements. Names, email addresses, company or project form values, message contents, and account/user IDs are not sent to PostHog; only an allowlisted, normalized page path is used, not the full URL, query parameters, or fragments. Automatic interaction capture, heatmaps, and session recordings are disabled for PostHog. PostHog may use a pseudonymous browser identifier for analytics. You can change or withdraw analytics consent at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
When you consent to analytics, Google Analytics 4 and PostHog operate as service providers for usage measurement. PostHog processes data in a PostHog Cloud project in the European Union region. PostHog data shared with this service is limited to the analytics scope described above.
4. Contact
You can contact us via the contact page for questions regarding our privacy policy.
